What does it look like to work with me?
THE WEDDING PROCESS
First, let's get to know each other! Fill out the contact form here on my website to get in touch with me. Tell me as much about your relationship and your wedding plans as you’d like. I'll get back to you within 24 hours with all the information about my packages and we will set up a date to talk more and I will answer all of your questions. We can either meet up over coffee or tea or schedule a FaceTime/Zoom meeting. This is how we will ensure we are a good fit!
step one:
Once that’s taken care of, we’ll start planning your engagement session if you booked one. We’ll start by picking a date for it and I’ll send you an engagement session prep guide, location options for you to choose from, a styling guide to help you look your best and much more so you are fully prepared for your session. Doing an engagement session prior to your wedding is a fantastic opportunity for us both to get to know each other even more, for you to see how I direct and guide you through posing and you also get from this shoot more beautiful memories that you can use for your save the dates and formal invitations!
step three:
A couple of months prior to your wedding date, I’ll check in to chat about wedding day logistics and any other specific details. With all the info collected I’ll draft a wedding day photo timeline that I will send you for revision and approval. We’ll do any modifications needed until it’s finalized. This is the time where I’ll make sure we are on the same page with every single detail to ensure that your wedding day photography goes smoothly and your expectations are met.
step four:
Your wedding day is finally here! After months of planning and coordinating everything, your big day has arrived. I’ll shoot you a text the morning of, letting you know that I’m super excited and ready to go! I’ll be there early and more than happy to see you again and be photographing your dream day from start to end.
step five:
Get ready because your Sneak Peeks have been delivered! 24/48 hours after your wedding you’ll receive a preview of the highlights of your wedding day! This compilation of images will include the most important moments from your special day that I know you were looking forward to seeing and reliving again!
step six:
It’s delivery time! On your 1 month wedding anniversary you’ll receive your finalized online wedding gallery. You’ll get an email with the link to it where you’ll be able to download High Resolution digitals onto your phone or computer and order high quality prints, canvases, albums and more straight from your online gallery. You can also share the link with friends and family who can download the images as well. Here’s where I recommend that you and your partner get comfy on the couch, grab your favorite drinks and dive right into your gallery!
step seven:
Don’t be a stranger! After all we’ve gone through together, why stop all the fun here? I’d love to see you again in about a year when your anniversary is up! Not that we need an excuse to take more photos and hang out together again but I love doing anniversary sessions for my past couples. More than anything I hope that I continue to be a part of your life as I was a part of your wedding day. If you decided to have me there for one of the most important days of your life it’s because we were meant to be. It would be the greatest honor to keep capturing all the future milestones in your lives that are yet to come.

As soon as you lock in your wedding venue and have a date! The sooner you reach out the more chances there are that I have your wedding date available. I take on a specific amount of weddings per year in order to provide a high quality experience for each couple that works with me making availability very limited.
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK WITH YOU?
From your wedding day you can expect between 40-80 photos per hour of coverage. Since every wedding is different from each other I cannot promise a specific amount of photos. But what I do promise is that I will include all the images that are necessary to tell the story of your big day without leaving anything out! Regular sessions have a specific minimum amount of images included. From 1 hour session you can expect 40+ digitals. I never put a cap on how many photos you can get because each session is different from each other.
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL WE RECEIVE?
To officially book me as your wedding photographer you will sign a contract and pay a non refundable retainer of 35% of the total cost of your package. Both are online and take less than 5 minutes. Easy peasy. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
